ADULT NEW PATIENTS

Please follow the link above to view our appointment availability and request a new patient appointment.  The new patient appointment you are scheduling for is a Comprehensive Exam and a Full Mouth Series of X-rays.  The link will show you Dr. Lundstrom's available appointment times.  You will be asked to select the time you wish to be seen and fill out a form with your contact information.  Once you have submitted that form we will get an alert asking us to confirm the appointment.  We will send you an appointment confirmation via email.  If there are any reasons why the appointment could not be scheduled you will receive a Reschedule Request email and we will follow up with you via phone.  If you have any financial questions regarding payment options or insurance coverage we ask that you please contact our office prior to your appointment time.

EXISTING PATIENTS

EXISTING PATIENT NOTICE:  During the months of May through September our exam availability will start at 10:00am.  If you are due for your hygiene care and exam with Dr. Lundstrom you will want to choose a 10:00am or later appointment to allow for your exam to be completed.  If you are unsure if you are due for your exam or would like to know if we have an earlier exam time available we recommend contacting our office to reserve an appointment.  Please feel free to contact us via phone/text (701-235-3803) or email (lundstromcoordinator@ideaone.net).
